1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of PrmsTech ("we," "our," or "us") at https://prmstech.in, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PrmsTech provides web development, mobile app development, and enterprise software solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom website development
• Mobile application development
• Enterprise software solutions
• E-commerce platform development
• Database design and management
• API development and integration
• UI/UX design services
• Technical consulting and support

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account information
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Project Terms and Conditions

4.1 Project Initiation

All projects begin after receipt of the agreed-upon deposit and signed project agreement. Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback cycles.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin project development
• 25% payment upon project milestone completion
• 25% final payment upon project delivery and approval
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

4.3 Project Deliverables

We will deliver the agreed-upon project deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Client approval is required before final delivery.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. However, we retain the right to:

• Use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Reuse code components and frameworks for other projects
• Maintain copies for backup and support purposes

Third-party components, libraries, and frameworks remain under their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrmsTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Extended support and maintenance services are available under separate agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of completed work
• We will deliver all completed deliverables
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
